Route
Start Eden Forest gate, tag Stellenboschberg beacon, hike/run down leisurely.
Athlete must be comfortable with boulder hopping, if you have a severe fear of heights, reconsider.

Schedule
Registration 7-7:50am (Feature Coffee available)
Race 8-10:00am (2h cutoff)
Run/hike down 1-2hrs
Prize-giving 11am (or once top 3 males & females are down)

Merch
Purchase products on the website and collect for free on race day. No sales on race day.

- Self-sufficient (no aid stations)
- Compulsory gear (1 liter liquid & waterproof jacket & cellphone)
- NO running poles allowed
- Race cut off 2hrs (uphill only)

- Not weather permitting, natural disaster depending
- No refunds
- No under 18's
- 50% female & 50% male entries available
