Berg Btches Cederberg Training weekend

The Berg Btches are excited to host our first-ever Female Trail Camp at Rocklands in the Cederberg, taking place from 13–15 March 2026. Join us for an empowering weekend celebrating female strength, connection, and community in the mountains.

What's included:
•    R1400 per person, which includes:
•    Camping 
•    Permit fees (Wildcard we will deduct R90)
•    Berg Btches Merch (trucker cap and buff)
•    Guided runs, talk, female specific trail running chats!
•    Option without merch R1000

Venue Rocklands Basecamp (3hrs from Cape Town)

Accommodation
•   Camping (bring your own gear)
•   Caravan (2 available) 2ppl R300 extra per person for the weekend
•   Freeda's Cottage (1 available) 2ppl R800 extra per person for the weekend

What to expect:
•    This is a RUNNING weekend, not a walking weekend
•    Friday optional night run/hike (~7 km)
•    Saturday endurance runs (10km, 25 km and 37 km options)
•    Sunday farewell run (5km, 10 km and 20 km options)
•    Talks on night running, ultra packing essentials, female-focused nutrition, and strength training
•    Downtime, waterfall swims, and space to connect
•    An incredible vibe with fellow trail queens
Who can sign up:
•    Any woman with prior trail running experience

Not included:
•    Transport to and from Rocklands
•    Running nutrition
•    All food needs for the weekend
•    Transport to run start points on Saturday and Sunday
•    No refunds, this is a charity event, but feel free to sell your ticket privately to a friend and just let us know
